Culinary Masters 2007

A few weeks ago we attended The Culinary Masters...which we would say is the top charity event in the OC. The best chefs of the area make spectacular meals for guests...each table of 14 have a different chef. The Ritz Carlton in Dana Point was the location where The Roosters hosted this event to raise money for their charities. Sage Restaurant prepared 5 spectacular courses for our table. Above, we are photographed with Chef Pascal, and 2 of our friends, Dr. and Mrs. Jaime Ludmir. We can't wait for next year!
