Rachel and Mattias

Congratulations to Rachel and Mattias on their wedding last weekend!  What an amazing sunset beside The Montage http://www.montagelagunabeach.com/ in Laguna Beach.  I could not think of a more perfect, intimate, wedding!  We look forward to the reception in a few months! ABC - OC Trendsetter Awards

Bleu and I photographed the ABC-OC First Annual Trendsetter Awards last week at the Island Hotel http://www.islandhotel.com/  in Newport Beach.  What a fantastic night! The Steering Commitee did an amazing job with our Holiday Event.  Kathy Jo Peterson from http://www.weddingsbykathy.com/  ran the Trendsetter Awards, designed the room with amazing vendors like Andrew Gromek http://www.coutureflowers.com/ and Candee by Sandee http://www.candeebysandee.com/ , and presented some of the top vendors in the OC with their awards along with Rev. Clint Hufft  http://www.reverendclint.com/ by her side. Way to go OC!!

CASA Luncheon 20009 at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel

Bleu and I just finished photographing our 3rd year of the Orange County Chapter CASA Holiday Luncheon.  CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate...they are volunteers who help mentor kids and teens and are advocates for the most severely abused, abandoned and neglected kids who are going through the court system.  This year Dr Phil and his wife Robin http://www.drphil.com/ were special guests, as they have become spokespeople for CASA across the country.  They are featuring the organization on their show on various episodes, and raising awareness and gaining new CASA volunteers. There were over 500 guests at the Ritz Carlton event this year.  WOW!  Bleu and I are proud to be the official photographer for CASA http://www.casaoc.org/   We enjoyed seeing so many of our clients supporting CASA at this event, too!!!

Elizabeth and Larry

Last Saturday while Bleu was getting ready to photograph the 1st Annual Rooster Bowl, I photographed Elizabeth and Larry's Wedding in Seal Beach.  What an incredible afternoon and sunset!  The wedding which was originally for 5 people grew within 2 weeks to 119!! And when I met Elizabeth and Larry I knew why!  What a fabulous couple they are, and what incredible friends they have!  Thank you Kimberly for referring them to Bleu Cotton Photography!!!  Congratulations!

Orange County 2009 Rooster Bowl

Saturday Night was the first annual Rooster's Bowl at the OCC Football Stadium.  Two amazing colleges compteted -  Golden West vs Ventura.  Bleu photographed the event, as the official Photographer for the event.  Wow what an ending of the game....36 to 37 and such a game, with Goldenwest winning!  Way to go to all of the players, and also to all of the Roosters, including Joe De Ladurantey, the 2009 Chair of the Rooster Bowl.  http://www.roosters.org/
